As we welcome you back to Volcano House, we are committed to providing you with a safe environment that aligns with CDC guidelines to protect against COVID-19. We are actively monitoring and evolving our procedures to ensure a continued focus on the health and safety of our guests and associates.
Hand Sanitizer – Hand sanitizing stations are located at hotel entrances and at our front desk, and regular hand washing is recommended.
Social Distancing – Is enforced inside of Volcano House and use of a mask is mandatory inside the building.
Public Spaces – Starting with our public spaces and high-traffic areas, we are going beyond our normal protocols. Our dedicated staff are cleaning surfaces with increased frequency with recommended cleaning agents.
Remember – To stay off the wall along the caldera behind the Volcano House and give your fellow guests room to social distance.
